What do we need to do to get set up with Giving Vines?To get set up with Giving Vines, all you need to do is submit this simple enrollment form. Then it's up to you to decide how you want to market your fundraising opportunity with Giving Vines to your members and supporters.
Now that I’m enrolled, what do we need to do on an ongoing basis?Once you non-profit is enrolled, it's up to you to decide how you'd like to market your Giving Vines Wine Fundraising Program.
We suggest that you introduce the fundraising opportunity to your members and supporters via email, your website, digital and/or printed newsletters, Facebook, Twitter and any other communication medium you use to stay in contact with your supporters.
We'll send you a special introductory promotion discount code that you can include in your communications.
If you'd like to include a Giving Vines logo in any of these communications, please email us and we'll send you logo artwork.
Some organizations like to host Wine Tasting events to give their members and supporters a chance to sample the wonderful wines available at Giving Vines. Click here to get additional information about how to host a Wine Tasting Party.
Also, on an ongoing basis we'll send information about seasonal and holiday promotions that you can pass along to your members and supporters.

Do you provide wine for fundraising events and auctions?Giving Vines can offer select non-profits special discounts and $1 per case shipping on wine to be used at fundraising and donor appreciation events. If you're interested in learning more about obtaining wine for your event please click here.
Unfortunately, since we donate our profits to the charities we support we are unable to donate wine for events.
What if I need to change my contact information?Simply email customer service with your updated contact information and we’ll be happy to make those changes for you.
Can I get a list of everyone who bought wine to support my non-profit so that we can thank them?With each donation check we send, we’ll include a list of those individuals who indicated they'd like us to support your organization.
How often can I expect to receive checks?We make our charitable donations twice annually.
