Can you ship to my state?

In accordance with various state laws, we currently ship wine to the following states:

California
District of Columbia
Idaho
Missouri
Nebraska
New Mexico
Oregon
Virginia
Wyoming

We are actively working to expand the list of states we can ship wine to. If you would like to purchase wine through Giving Vines but are not located in a state that we currently ship to, please click here to leave us your information so that we can contact you once we begin shipping into your state.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer flat rate shipping at $9.99 and at checkout you will be given a choice of UPS, FedEx or Golden State Overnight. If you need your shipment to arrive more quickly, please email us using the form at the top of this page and we can make special arrangements for expedited delivery. Can I send wine as a gift?

Yes! Wine can make a great gift. Not only does the gift recipient receive wonderful wine, but you'll be able to request that we make a donation in their name to your favorite charity. At checkout, you'll also get to enter a message for the handwritten gift card that will be included along with your purchase. Please make sure that the recipient is over 21, lives in a state where we ship, and that someone over 21 will be available to sign for the package. See our

Do you offer gift certificates?

Although we do not offer gift certificates at this time, you can purchase wine to send as a gift.

Can I ship to multiple recipients within a single order?

Unfortunately we are unable to allow shipping to multiple recipients from a single order. You will need to create a separate order for each shipping address. If you are looking to place an order for more than 2 recipients, please contact customer service and we can help you enter your order.

Why can't I just buy one bottle of wine?

At Giving Vines, our goal is to help charities generate donations. We have a two bottle minimum because shipping one bottle of wine is not cost effective and prevents us from making a meaningful donation to your charity.

Why am I being limited to a certain quantity of wine I can purchase?

Most states limit the amount of wine that can be shipped to a single address in a given period of time. There may also be times when a winery has specified a limit on a specific wine because of limited availability. If you encounter a limit and would like further clarification, please contact customer service using the form above.

What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or store credit, less the cost of shipping within 21 days of placing your order.

How do you handle damaged orders?

If you received products that were damaged during transit, we will be happy to replace them. We may require you to hold on to the damaged items while we process a damage claim with the shipping carrier. Please contact us before disposing of any damaged items and the box and packaging they arrived in.

What if my order contains the wrong items or is incomplete?

In the unlikely event that you received products you did not order, or if you find that items are missing from your order, we are happy to assist you with a replacement order. In the event that we shipped you incorrect items, we may also require you to hold on to those items and the existing packaging so that we can arrange for a return pick up. Please contact us using the form above before disposing of any items.

Is my purchase tax deductible?

No, your purchase is not tax deductible. Your designated charity will receive a donation from Giving Vines, while you enjoy wonderful wine.

Do you have programs for corporate gift giving?

Absolutely. Wine makes a distinctive and philanthropic corporate gift. We're happy to assist you in selecting the perfect gift for your clients and vendors. When you give corporate gifts through Giving Vines, we'll make the process simple--and we are easily able to accommodate both one-off gifts to thank a special client and orders for a large number of recipients. Why isn't your product selection as large as a typical wine store?

To ensure that we only offer clients highly-regarded, brand-name wines at good prices we typically only feature around 100 wines at any point in time.  While your neighborhood wine shop offers terrific variety, we focus on cherry-picking the best wines and values from both well-established and up-and-coming vineyards.  Each wine in the Giving Vines portfolio has been hand-selected because it offers a distinguished combination of quality, price and accolades so that we can deliver consistently good value to our clients.
