General Shipping Guidelines
It is required by law that someone 21 years or older sign for the package at the time of delivery. Shippers are prohibited from leaving packages containing alcoholic beverages.
You must be 21 years old to purchase alcohol.
We strongly recommend shipping your wine to a business address unless you’re sure that someone over 21 will be at the residential address you provide.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
In accordance with various state laws, we currently ship wine to the following states:

We are actively working to expand the list of states we can ship wine to. If you are interested in purchasing wines with Giving Vines, but are not located in a state that we currently ship to, please click here to leave us your information so that we can contact you once we begin shipping into your state.
Shipments typically leave our warehouse in Napa, California within 2 business days of your order being placed.
We offer shipping via Golden State Overnight in CA and NV. In all other states customers have a choice between UPS or FedEx ground shipping.
If you are outside California, please allow 7-10 business days once the order leaves our warehouse.
If you need your shipment to arrive more quickly, please email customer service.
During extremely hot or cold weather, we will hold your shipment to protect the quality of the wine. In this case, we will send you an email to keep you apprised of the shipping situation. If you would prefer to have us ship the wine at your own risk, please email customer service.
We offer flat rate shipping at $9.99.
When an order is returned to our warehouse after several delivery attempts at the address provided by the customer, we are always happy to reship the order. Please contact us and we will assist you with the reshipment arrangements.
Please note, if the missed delivery and return to our warehouse was not due to any error on the part of Giving Vines or the carrier, we will charge our standard rates to cover the costs of re-shipping. This charge will be the same as the original shipping charge. Tracking information showing attempts to deliver or locate the recipient on orders returned as undeliverable can be found by looking at Order Status after logging into your account.
